Franz Strategic Advisors was built from the ground up — literally. Our founder spent years working inside the commercial construction and real estate industries in the Dallas / Fort Worth market, gaining firsthand knowledge of how deals get done, where projects go wrong, and what separates successful firms from struggling ones.
